If any purchaser has any doubts about a particular signature supplied by us, they can obtain the written opinion of a recognized authority on autographs and send it to us with the item in question.
We may then obtain a second opinion and if the item is still in doubt we will fully refund the original customer, who must supply proof of purchase.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue and Gallery. Click on any items that you wish to buy and press the 'Click Here to BUY' button. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Postage and packaging is £3.99 If insurance is desired, the total delivery charge is £9.99 per item.Multiple purchases can be shipped together to save on postage.
We try our best to turn items around very quickly and most items are despatched within 3 days of receipt of order. Some orders go out the same day. You will receive an e-mail confirming despatch of your order.

How to return items
If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice. In this case please pack the goods in their original packing and take the package to any Post Office, affix the correct postage and send to:

Refund and exchange process
Please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned to us via the Post Office. As soon as we receive the goods we will endeavour to process your request, for either a refund or replacement, within 3 working days.

How to cancel your order
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.
To cancel this contract, either telephone the Customer Service Team on +44 (0)191 2363868, or e-mail our customer services with the order number and your instruction to cancel.
If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us.
If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.
